I am able to see your sidebar. It looks very nice.

I did it! I figured out the solution to Anne's question. Click on Edit Html and space down. Then switch back to Compose and you can type your text above your picture.

A new Web 2.0 class started this morning. It has been a very busy day.

  • Everyone created a blog using Blogger.

  • Everyone posted at least two times.

  • This afernoon everyone created a Delicious account.

  • Everyone searched for sites to add to their Delicious account.

  • In the second post, everyone added at least one link.

  • Some of the GT students even added pictures.

  • Everyone has read and commented on the blogs of the other members of the class.

Great job, Everyone!

Tomorrow we will be looking at pictures and adding them to your blog. If you have pictures you want to put on your blog, feel free to bring them tomorrow. You can either bring them on a flash drive or e-mail them to yourself.

Have a great evening! See you in the morning.

Blogger has several new gadgets since I last posted. I added the Labels and the Search box.

Each Camp we have had issues with creating blogs. In the past we had filter problems that we had to overcome. This year it was a Blogger problem, half of the people were able to create a blog and the other half were not. We are still struggling to create one more blog...but we will perservere.

I've been looking at FlickrStorm again. I really like it because it limits what students can see and also has the CC license prominently displayed.

I especially like this Web 2.0 photo. It proves that we have only scratched the surface of Web 2.0 tools.

I learn something new every time I teach the Web 2.0 class. Today I learned how to add the tag cloud to my blog.
